This list of terms and conditions is not exhaustive and is subject to updating.

Design:

Our products are unique, and inspired by information supplied by you, therefore if you have a specific design in mind, please ensure you have communicated this to us.
An email (or other written communication) giving all details of your order will be sent and receipt of payment will be taken as agreement that you are happy that we have a clear idea of what is required.

The delivered design is final and no further work will be undertaken.

The letters and alphabets are all hand made as decorative gifts and should not be given as toys.

All letters are cut from MDF, painted using water based emulsion and varnished with gloss or matt water based varnish unless otherwise stated.
Solvent free, rubber based adhesives are used to fix all letters to canvas’ and name plates.

Payment and Delivery terms:

We accept no liability if delivery is delayed due to any incorrect details given by you.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

We aim to deliver on or before the delivery date quoted, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

As our products are unique designs, no work will commence until payment has been received in full.

Accuracy of content:

We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure the prices quoted are correct and that all items have been fairly described.

No VAT is charged on any item.
